happiness in a bowl

Try going to a Korean restaurant and leaving unsatisfied. It just won't happen. Ever. Any trip into Manhattan requires a stop in K-town for some good food. Current obsession: pho

What is it?
  • massive bowl of rice noodles
  • beef or veggie broth
  • meat of your choice
  • plate of garnishes (bean sprouts, jalapeno pepper, lime wedge, cilantro) that you add to taste
  • you can also add sauces (hot and/or sweet) that they always have on the table
If you have room for dessert (you won't, but make room if you can) stop off at a korean bakery for some bubble tea or a macaroon. 

Your stomach will thank you.

snowman fail

Finally, after  FORTY!!!!!!!! hours, straight, inside my house I ventured out into the white sea that is currently my front yard. Bundled up in so many layers I could barely move, I started my quest to build the most epic snowman ever. Well, it was an instant fail. So instead I made...

THE WEATHER:
